Jake started RCR in the Summer of 2019 but he's been in the industry since high school...so you could say his experience and knowledge are a bit unmatched!  He's always had a desire to run his own business where he could utilize his skills learned over the years in many different trades to offer his expertise to a broad client base. Jake absolutely loves the client interaction.  He prides himself on his ability to talk to many different clients, listen to their needs and then execute their needs for them. If you've ever met Jake, you know he's very personable and relatable!

Jeff has been in the construction industry for 16 years and has worked with new construction, remodeling, and renovation. After knowing Jake for 20+ years, Jeff jumped on board with the vision of RCR. Jeff's strong organizational skills and the desire to ensure customer satisfaction have been the driving force behind his success as a long-time project manager.   Being in the construction industry definitely has its benefits, "Customer satisfaction is the main reason I’m in this industry. I love the look on the client's faces when they see what we have done for them."

He's a long time family friend of Ashley and her family. He’s been a finish carpenter for over 15 years and has experience in new construction and remodeling. Rand has been working for RCR as our Carpenter for almost a year and has truly enjoyed working with people + the interactions with the homeowners and clients. His excellent quality of work and attention to detail on the job has been recognized by many RCR clients.

When Jake came to her a few years ago with the idea of starting RCR, she couldn't jump on board fast enough.  She knew with Jake's passion, knowledge, and experience in the industry, he would be extremely successful. When Ashley isn't working her full-time job in Healthcare, she assists in client communication as well as manages accounts payable + receivable for RCR. She loves that RCR is set up to offer so many different services to our clients. "It's so fun to see so many different types of projects take place at one time that we can manage for our clients!"

Brey (pronounced like the cheese, in case you were wondering) has been in the social media marketing industry for over 7 years. She's managed social media platforms for large corporations, small businesses, and her own businesses. She's also been a professional photographer over the last 6 years as well. Brey might be new to the construction industry, after coming off of several years in real estate, but construction runs in her family.  Her grandfather, great-uncle, and a long-time family friend founded Indy Steel Erectors in 1980, which is now the second-oldest steel erection company in the Indy area.
